After 20 years of operations, the NSIA Group remains a key player on the African market. We are happy and proud to have shared with you this success story, now recognized by all.

2015 was a year of major change for the group NSIA:

The entry into the capital of the National Bank of Canada and Amethis Finance reinforces the Group’s position in its integration policy in the market economy and its ability to meet the challenge of globalization.

The restructuring of the Holding Company for optimized assistance to subsidiaries to ensure their performance and development. There we find highly qualified experts, a proven expertise, a commitment to quality and performance in our businesses.

BIAO-CI, an Ivorian centenary Bank, subsidiary of the Group became NSIA Banque. It now carries our unique identify: NSIA.

NSIA Bank is certified ISO 9001 on all its activities and thus demonstrates its ability to satisfy its customers.

The birth of the NSIA Foundation, which main purpose and ambition is to work in Africa in the promotion and development of schooling and the education of girls.

In the coming years, NSIA Group is committed for providing more funding and protection for African families, by developing adapted and innovative insurance and banking solutions.

The Group

The NSIA adventure began in 1995 with the creation in Côte d’Ivoire of a casualty insurance company. By 1996, NSIA made its first acquisitions by acquiring subsidiaries Life and Non-Life of Assurances Générales de France (AGF), in Côte d’Ivoire (AGCILife and AGCI Non Life). Thus, gradually, through organic and external growth, NSIA Group was built and now operates in twelve (12) countries of Central and West Africa. (Côte d’Ivoire, Bénin, Cameroun, Congo, Gabon, Guinée, Guinée Bissau, Ghana, Mali, Nigeria, Sénégal, Togo).

The Group Subsidiaries

NSIA Group has an extensive Insurance network in West and Central Africa, and two (2) Banks in West Africa. We are asserting our ambition to become the leader in bankinsurance in the CIMA zone through the development of retail banking and the establishment of a monitoring of the environmental and social impact of funded and / or insured projects.

Today, NSIA Group has insurance and banking as core businesses, but also operates in the financial, real estate and technology industries.
